What is the lead-time for a custom wedding invitation?

Standard lead-time for a custom wedding suite takes about 2-3 months to complete.  The process begins with a meeting about the overall look and feel of the event, and then the design phase begins.  There are three rounds of design that are included in the custom quote, and then beyond that there will be a conversation on extended design composition work.  The letterpress process takes about a week and a half from there, which includes ordering all materials, and printing the piece.  Fulfillment and packing of the wedding invitation and send out should happen at least 6 weeks before your wedding date in most cases.

Will I see a proof?

With anything digital, we can provide a proof for approval. When it comes to letterpress there is no proofing other than a digital pdf file that is sent for approval of design.  Colors and paper are approved before the piece is printed, but there is no hard copy proof with the letterpress pieces.


What is the refund policy?

For custom work, the job is non-refundable as soon as the order is confirmed. 


What is the payment plan?

After a job has been quoted, and you have received a pdf quote via email, you must confirm the project with a 50% deposit.  The project timeline does not begin until the 50% is received.  Once the job is printed the balance is due before we ship out anything.  Payment can be sent via Paypal, or check but please allow appropriate timing for either.
